Our Process
At SW Tree Management, we aim to provide you with a professional service from your first inquiry to the completion of your tree work.
- To request a quote for tree work, complete the online form or call us on
. One of our friendly team members will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment with one of our arborists.
- Once our arborist has assessed your tree work, we will email you a written quotation. Upon request, we will send you insurance documentation.
- Upon acceptance of the quotation, a suitable day will be scheduled for tree work to be carried out. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
- On the day of tree work, our supervisor will carry out a Site Hazard and Risk Control Assessment. This assessment will outline all possible risks on site and the controls we will use to enable us to carry out the work safely and efficiently. A copy of this assessment is available for you to view here.
- Upon completion of tree work, we will send you an invoice.
